      VNACJ golf tournament
      nets more than $50,000

      The Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey (VNACJ), Red Bank, recently welcomed more than 120 golfers at its 15th annual golf classic on Aug. 6 at Shore Oaks Golf Club, Farmingdale. The event netted more than $50,000 for the nonprofit organization, which provides in-home and community health services.

      The "low gross foursome" was Todd Cohen, Marlboro; Mike O’Connell, Avon; Christopher Carton, Tinton Falls; and Bob Agel, Howell.

      Ray Bascio, Ho-Ho-Kus, placed the winning bid for a foursome and lunch at Metedeconk Country Club; while Eatontown resident Frank Kijak won the raffle for a Callaway bag and clubs.
