Resident appreciates effort made by Howell First Aid Squad

I would like to publicly extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Howell First Aid Squad.

In the early morning hours on May 20, my husband had to call 911 for a medical emergency for myself. Within several minutes, the dedicated and professional Howell first aid staff were at my home to transport me to the hospital.

They were extremely well trained, with just the right flavor of compassion and caring. They stayed with me in the emergency room until I was admitted by the Kimball Medical Center staff.

Suffice it to say, because of their dedication and commitment to doing their job I was completely at ease in their good hands. They made a medical emergency a rather comforting experience for both my husband and myself.

Again, kudos and a really big thank you to John Zicha, Mooti, Mort and Cathy of the Howell First Aid Squad, who responded to my husband’s call. You are truly the best and my family owes you a debt of gratitude. Your kindness and caring will never be forgotten by my family.

Continued success always, and keep up the excellent work. Howell should be proud of the caliber of professionalism shown by all you wonderful folks.
