      • The Monmouth County Chapter No. 411 of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) meets on the third Tuesday of every month (except July and December).       • Helping Hands of Ocean and Mon-mouth Counties is seeking mature volunteers to assist children with special needs and their families. The volunteers provide social and emotional support to the families through weekly visits.
