Jackson Township winter basketball registration, for players ages 7-17, will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Oct. 4 at the Holman Elementary School. The season runs November through March, and the cost is $35. For additional information, call (732) 928-1200 ext. 255.

The following are the results of the Westlake Ladies Golf Association’s Sept. 11 Partners Championship. In the 18-hole competition, Flo Illdsgaard and Pat Borton won with a score of 131, followed by Rose Conklin and Dottie Carlson (132), Kit Davis and Barbara Hasaka (132), and Leslie Barenberg and Sandy Schwartz (133).

In the nine-hole competition, Nancy Molee and Flo Kangos won with a score of 63, followed by Fran Young and Genny Peterson (70), Alba Ramos and Aileen Kershner (73), and Sandy Kwiecinski and Mary Helen Sullivan (74).

The following are the results of the Nassau Tournament. In the 18-hole competition, Linda Burnett won the A Flight with a score of 60 followed by Kit Davis (70). Rose Mintz won the front nine with 34, followed by Eileen Anton (42). Saralee Surett won the back nine with 32, followed by Cookie Frankel (33). Pat Borton won the B Flight with 66 followed by Jeanne Chrabaszcz (71). Karen Shupper won the front nine with 33 followed by Mary Jane DeRosa (34). Sandy Schwartz won the back nine with 37 followed by Barbara Hasaka (39). Beau Rausch won the C Flight with a score of 70, while Liz Dubroff won the front nine with 30, and Mary Ann Plesniak won the back nine with 34.

In the Throw-Out Two Holes event, Alba Ramos won the A Flight with 16 followed by Sandy Kwiecinski (19) and Genny Peterson (21). Gail Williams won the B Flight with 15, followed by Sylvia Cohen (17) and Nancy Molee (17). Joyce Cuthbert won the C Flight with 20 followed by Phyllis Van Wagenen (21) and Lucy Rausch (22).
