Jeffrey Pesetsky

Mr. Pesetsky, 46, of Linden, formerly of East Brunswick, died Dec. 26 at home. Prior to his retirement in 1994, he was employed with E.I. DuPont Photo Products, Parlin section of Sayreville, where he worked for eight years. Surviving are his parents, Irene and Walter Pesetsky of East Brunswick; three brothers, Bruce of West Palm Beach, Fla., Warren of Goose Creek, S.C., and Craig of Newark; and two sisters, Janice Plante of Jackson and Susan Elsner of Sommerfield, N.C. Services were held at Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Interment was in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River.

Philip L. D’Achille

Mr. D’Achille, 67, of Holmdel, died Dec. 31 following injuries from an accident on Staten Island, N.Y. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he resided in Boston and Los Angeles prior to moving to Holmdel 15 years ago. He was a retired senior vice president at Prudential Insurance, where he was employed from 1962-98. He served with the U.S. Army Chemical Corps from 1955-58. He was a communicant of St. Catharine’s Roman Catholic Church, Holmdel. His memberships included the American Cancer Society, Catholic Charities, and the board of trustees at Bayshore Health Care Management Corp. He enjoyed golf, gardening, and the New York Yankees. He is survived by his wife, Rosalind; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Carole D’Achille of Kensington, Md.; a daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and Robert Rosone of Little Silver; his twin brother, Thomas D’Achille of East Setauket, N.Y.; a brother, Louis D’Achille of Long Beach, N.Y.; two sisters, Emilia Siciliano of Shrewsbury, and Gloria Kunicki of Gloversville, N.Y.; and six grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Catharine’s Church. Interment was at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. Florence Levin

Mrs. Levin, 87, of the Wickatunk section of Marlboro, died Dec. 31 at her daughter’s home in Howell. Born in Jersey City, she had lived in Wickatunk for the past 40 years. Mrs. Levin was one of the founding members of the Freehold Chapter of Deborah Hospital Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband, Abraham Levin, in 1979. Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, William Levin of Warrington, Va., and Stewart and Lois Levin of Howell; two daughters and a son-in-law, Ann and Charles Grega of Howell, and Nancy Levin of Wickatunk; six grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Funeral services were held at the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, with Rabbi Laurence Malinger officiating. Interment followed at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin. Memorial donations may be made to Deborah Hospital Foundation, 212 Trenton Road, Browns Mills 08015.

Louise Eva Kleinhenz

Mrs. Kleinhenz, 65, of Manalapan, died Dec. 31 at CareOne at Holmdel. Born in Manhattan, N.Y., she had lived in the Bronx, N.Y., before moving to Manalapan 40 years ago. She worked in the Manalapan Township tax department for the past 23 years, and during the last seven years had also worked as the tax collector for the borough of Englishtown. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Englishtown, and a former member of the Yorktowne Social Club, Manalapan. Mrs. Kleinhenz was predeceased in 2000 by her husband, John. Surviving are two sons, John Kleinhenz, of Whitehall, Pa., and Paul Kleinhenz, of Manalapan; four daughters, Donna Hall, of the Morganville section of Marlboro, and Lori Korzonowski, Carolyn Witmer and Jean Smith, all of Jackson; and 12 grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at Our Lady of Mercy Church, followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold Township. Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan, was in charge of arrangements.
