Precautions must be taken to protect airline passengers
If the airline industry and the FAA followed the recommendation to put sky marshals on every airliner before 9/11, we could have avoided 9/11 and saved 3,000 lives.
Now we know that our enemies have the capability to shoot down an airplane full of paying customers; but the same old – it will cost too much to protect those whose purpose it is to protect.
We, the public, deserve whatever we get because of our inaction against these airline companies whose profit is more important than safety.
