      Jackson school budget is worthy of a close look
           The Sept. 19 unanimous vote by the newly elected Jackson Township Council to adopt the long delayed 2006-07 budget marks the end of the Punch and Judy show run by the Democrat (Reform) Gang of Five since their takeover of the defunct Township Committee in April 2000.
