      Councilman will cause fireworks at Howell meetings
           I can't understand how Bob Walsh got re-elected to our Howell Township Council. Evidently, people are unaware of our meetings being broadcast on Channel 77. You get to see firsthand how disruptive he is. The rest of the council has to waste time explaining everything to him as he sits there yawning.
