Howell Recreation offers rebounding exercise class
      The Howell Recreation Department is accepting registration for rebounding for age 16 through adult. The program will run for six weeks, Jan. 25 to March 1, on Thursday from 9:15-10:15 a.m. Rebounding classes use rebounders (mini trampolines).

The program will run for six weeks on Fridays, from Jan. 19 to Feb. 23 - (beginner class 7-8 p.m. or advanced class 8-9 p.m.), or Mondays from Feb. 26 to April 2, 7-8 p.m. The fee is $50 per person. Lakewood school board accepting nominations
      Lakewood Board of Education President Chet Galdo announced that the deadline for filing nominating petitions to run for positions on the board is 4 p.m. Feb. 26. The election is scheduled for April 17. Prospective candidates can obtain a School Board Candidate Kit at the board office in the Princeton Avenue Administration Building.
