      Paula Hornchak Mrs. Hornchak, 59, of the Toms River section of Dover, formerly of Old Bridge, died Dec. 28, 2006, at home. Surviving are her husband, George; two daughters, Kim Barrera of Freehold and Dana Marciante of Old Bridge; her mother, Catherine Catena of Howell; and eight grandchildren.
