As a special presentation for National Women's History Month, the Lakewood branch of the Ocean County Library will host a group exhibit by the Ocean County Artists Guild during March. Eight women artists will display a selection of multimedia art work in the library's meeting room, 301 Lexington Ave., Lakewood, throughout the month. Featured exhibitors include Pat Albee, Mary Jo Austin, Faga Fiorino, Elsa Herrmann, Dorothy Matteo, Donna Nicosia, Joanne Zezula and current guild president Ellen Scharfenberg. The public is invited to attend an open artist's reception at the library from 2 to 4 p.m. March 11. No registration is required and refreshments will be served.
