      JACKSON - Susan Kaiser, the Jackson School District bus driver who was injured in a motor vehicle accident on March 9, appears to be on the road to recovery. Kaiser, 58, of Lakehurst, was transferred from Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, to a sub-acute facility where she will receive additional physical therapy, according to hospital spokesman John Shaeffer.       Breeders' Cup coming to Monmouth Park in Oct.

      Monmouth Park, Oceanport, will host the 2007 Breeders' Cup World Championships on Oct. 26-27. This will be the first time this racing event has come to New Jersey.       Wonser Macon Wonser Leon Macon, 57, of Freehold, died March 12, 2007 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Birming-ham, Ala., he had lived in Howell prior to moving to Freehold 32 years ago. Mr. Macon was a taxi driver for Leon's Taxi, Englishtown for more than 10 years, retiring two years ago.       St. John Vianney's Alisa Apo and Red Bank Regional's Kyle Fitzgerald were both named Player of the Year by the Shore Basketball Coaches. Apo, a senior who lives in Howell, brought the Lancers to prominence in 2006-07 behind her sparkling all-around play.
