      Strand Theater Ensemble will hold auditions for its August youth production of "Footloose," June 18-19 at 7 p.m. at the Strand Theater, 400 Clifton Ave., Lakewood.       The Howell Township Recreation Department is holding registration for the following exercise classes for adults ages 16 and older. Rebounding: Mondays 6-7 p.m., June 18-July 23. Cost: $25. Afternoon Pilates: Mondays 1-2 p.m., June 4-25. Cost $25 one day a week or $40 two days per week.

Howell couples will be dancing like the stars
      The Howell Township Recreation Department will host a new program for couples, "Dancing Like the Stars," 7:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, June 6-18, at the Howell Recreation Building, 251 Preventorium Road. Instructor Piper Williams invites couples of all dance backgrounds (beginner, intermediate and advanced) to learn fun and easy-to-follow dance routines in only six weeks.
