Lakewood Community School, in cooperation with American Drivers Safety Council, is sponsoring "Defensive Driving - 2 Point Reduction" classes.

The class will be held at the Best Western Hotel, 1600 Route 70, Lakewood, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and participants may choose to attend either Nov. 25 or Dec. 2. The fee to attend is $40.

The six-hour course can save students 5 percent on their auto insurance policy for three years and/or remove two points from their driving records. Included in the class are textbook, film viewing and processing of all paperwork to the N.J. Motor Vehicle Commission.
