      Supt. tells Howell council school has sufficient space
            HOWELL - In an effort to dispel rumors about Howell High School being overcrowded, Freehold Regional High School District Superintendent of Schools James Wasser came before the Township Council last week to give elected officials a status report of the school's enrollment and physical capacity to house its students.

      No problems uncovered in Jackson school audit
            JACKSON - A financial audit for the fiscal year July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007 has been provided to the Jackson Board of Education and the news is good. Auditors did not uncover any problems with the way the district handles its finances.
