            The New Jersey State Police Office of Emergency Management has created a Web site that provides information on a variety of winter topics, including storm- related information, free of charge.       New Egypt Elks will host New Year's Eve party
            The New Egypt Elks Lodge, Plumsted, will host a New Year's Eve party from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Dec. 31.       Jackson resident receives judicial nomination
            Gov. Jon S. Corzine nominated Marquis Jones Jr., of Jackson, to be considered for appointment as a state Superior Court judge. The nomination is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
