      Senior from Manalapan has Caseys in playoffs
            Kristina Danella has been tested in ways she never expected to be this winter. The 6-0 Red Bank Catholic forward who lives inManalapan was part of a senior-dominated Casey team that had visions of competing for a state championship in 2007-08. There were four four-year varsity players in the starting lineup: Danella, Kristina Coppolino, Kim Talbot and Kathryn Fox.

            The Rutgers men's indoor track and field team competed a handful of student-athletes at the 2008 New Balance Collegiate Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York City. Highlighting the Scarlet Knights' performances on the weekend was junior Steve Swern (Mount Laurel) in the 500- meter.
