Winter Beach Blast to be held at regional mall

A Winter Beach Blast sponsored by the Ocean County Department of Parks and Recreation will be held 1-2:30 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Ocean County Mall, Hooper Avenue, Toms River. The event will include a number of free activities. Families can participate in games, crafts, hula-hoop and maybe even win a prize in a dance contest. A fee of $5 may be charged for some activities.
