      Some people may be eligible for reimbursement
            Iam reaching out to let Jackson residents know of recent legislation that increased the income eligibility limits for the Property Tax Reimbursement Program. The program limits for all applicants, whether single, married or in a civil union, have been changed to $60,000 or less for 2007, $70,000 or less for 2008, and $80,000 or less for 2009.

      Gov. is wrong to give perks to illegal aliens
            Ifind Gov. Jon Corzine's intention to give free college and driving permits to illegal aliens disgusting. He is blinded by his so-called "enlightenment." To him I say, if you want so badly to help these criminals, by all means dig into your own fortune, hold back some dough from Carla and help, but don't give away my kids' future to feel morally superior.

      Sen. Beck's column misleads, offers no solution to COAH issues
            The guest column by state Sen. Jennifer Beck, "Gov.'s Affordable Housing Law Is Destructive to New Jersey," (Tri- Town News, Feb. 19) needs serious clarification. Throughout the column, Sen. Beck refers to "Gov. Corzine's new affordable housing law," implying that the governor has recently forced new policy and requirements on the people of New Jersey.
