            JACKSON — St. Aloysius School has some budding young scientists who made their mark at this year's school science fair. Middle school science teacher Donna May said seventh-graders designed projects using the scientific method to solve a problem.

      FRHSD introduces tentative budget
      High school spending plan checks in at $180.1 million
            Administrators in the Freehold Regional High School District have introduced a $180.1 million spending plan for the 2009-10 school year. The budget was introduced during the FRHSD Board of Education meeting on Feb. 23 at the district offices in Englishtown.

      Jackson Memorial cast will bring 'Aida' to life

            JACKSON — With music by Elton John and lyrics by Tim Rice, Jackson Memorial High School's performance of "Aida" is ready to take the stage for four performances. "Aida" will be performed at Jackson Memorial High School, Don Connor Boulevard, at 7 p.m. March 12, at 7:30 p.m. March 13-14, and at 2 p.m. March 15.
