      JACKSON — A resident of Lakewood has been charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident. Investigator Craig Ally of the Vehicle Homicide Unit of the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said Catalino Pedro Teutle- Castro, 41, of Lakewood, was the driver of a Mazda minivan that was involved in the May 3 accident.
