Sky Blue FC will take on the Boston Breakers in women's professional soccer on July 4 at 4 p.m. The match will be held at Yurcak field on the campus of Rutgers University in Piscataway. Water For People will be holding a Run For Water at Monmouth Battlefield State Park, Route 33, Manalapan, on July 25. The event will consist of a 5K race in the park and a half-mile fun run. Activities will begin at 9:30 a.m.

Former Rutgers University distance runnerMichael Johnson, who is a volunteer for Water For People, is the race director. He is directing the event with the cooperation of the Freehold Area Running Club.

Water For People is a nonprofit organization that raises money to benefit developing countries by providing clean drinking water, adequate sanitation and hygiene education in Latin American, Africa and Asia.
