      A6-year-old Jackson boy who recently completed the first grade at Jackson's Holman School has died from the swine flu. The Ocean County Health Department confirmed last week that the boy who was admitted to a hospital on June 25 died on June 27.       Mrs. LaPenta, 86, of Jackson, died recently at The Orchards in Jackson. She had resided in Colts Neck for more than 40 years before moving to Jackson six years ago. Mrs. LaPenta was a comptroller for Delicious Orchards, Colts Neck, for 25 years, retiring in 1988. She was predeceased by her husband, the Rev. Samuel C. LaPenta, in 2005; and a son, Samuel, in 1984.
