      This is in response to a letter to the editor from an insurance broker, Abe Weiss, ("Government-Run Health Option Will Not Serve the United States," Tri-Town News, July 30) about health care, where he states that we have the greatest health care in the world.

Congregation Ahavat Olam gives the gifts of sight and hearing
      Members of the Howell and Lakewood campuses of Congregation Ahavat Olam collected almost 100 pairs of eyeglasses and three pairs of hearing aids as part of their social action program. By performing these mitzvot (good deeds), congregation members had the opportunity to assist in fulfilling the Hebrew faith obligation of tikkun olam (repairing the world).
