Mrs. Perez, 76, of Cumming, Ga., and formerly of Jackson and Old Bridge, died Aug. 12, 2009, at home. She was a communicant of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Old Bridge. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Thomas Perez Sr., in 2004; and two sons, Charles T. Perez Jr. and John Perez. Mrs. Perez is survived by two daughters, Donna M. Horan of Cumming, Ga., and Dale Serdinsky of Toms River; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Ambrose Church, followed by burial at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick. Arrangements were by Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick.
