      Savings from school closing have already disappeared
            The Howell Township K-8 School District Board of Education and administration have begun next year's (2010- 11) school budget process, and guess what it will mean to the taxpayers of Howell? Once again the administration is warning that the budget will cost us more than the 4 percent increase the state allows.
