Rebels' 'D' sinks TRN

      The Howell High School's girls cross country team maintained its grip on the Freehold Regional High School District team championship by winning its third straight district crown on Oct. 1. Although she did not win the 3.1-mile race at Bucks Mill Park, Colts Neck, Howell's Jamie Hand had the satisfaction of spearheading her team's successful title defense.
