Ocean County lists upcoming park hikes

The Ocean County Parks Department will conduct the following hikes, departing from Ocean County Park, Route 88, Lakewood. The fee for all trips is $9 per person, and those ages 9 through adult are invited to attend. • Chickahoki Falls, Bloomingdale, 4.5 miles, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 21 (No. 424236-3C);

• Monmouth Battlefield Park, Manalapan, 5 miles, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 27 (No. 424236-3E);

• Long Pond Ironworks, Ringwood, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 7 (No. 424236- 3F); and

• Horse Pond Mountain, Hewitt, 6 miles, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March. 21 (No. 424236-3H).
