Mrs. Jones, 75, of Howell, died April 29, 2010, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She was born in Gillingham, Kent, England, and moved to Howell in 1968. Nola and her late husband, Derek, were dancing champions in England and opened the Arthur Murray Dance Studios on the East Coast when they arrived in the U.S. Mrs. Jones also was a hostess and trainer at Applebee’s, Howell, since 2001. She was predeceased by her husband, Derek William Jones, in 2000. Surviving are two daughters, Lindsay Anne Don of Howell, and Heidi Lee and her husband, Paul Bennett, of Freehold Township; and four grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, Freehold Township, followed by a private interment. Arrangements were by the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
