Mr. Tare, 84, of Jackson, formerly of Freehold Township, died Aug. 1, 2010, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran and had served in the Philippines. Mr. Tare was the co-owner and operator of Star Auto Store, Freehold, for 32 years. He was a graduate of City College of New York. Surviving are his wife, Henrietta Kamin Tare; a son, Douglas Tare; two daughters and sons-in-law, Nadine and Cary Seals and Carol and Clark Curren; five grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Funeral services were held at the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, followed by interment at Hebrew Benefit Society Cemetery, Freehold.
