The fifth annual AMC golf outing, sponsored by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, will be held Sept. 14 at the Woodlake Country Club, Lakewood. The perperson fee of $150 will include an embroidered golf shirt, greens fee, cart, lunch on the course and a hot dinner buffet.
