Antoinette Adams, a resident of Jackson, was honored as a “Prestigious Woman of New Jersey” at a luncheon held recently by Worship for Life Community Outreach Inc., a Jackson based nonprofit organization.

The event, held at the Metuchen Golf and Country Club, Edison, recognized the community service and accomplishments of women throughout the state. Adams was lauded for her significant volunteer work for the Jackson Women of Today, a multigenerational group that is dedicated to providing services to the local community.

“A prestigious woman is a woman of virtue,” said Madie Nash, co-founder of Worship for Life Community Outreach and senior account manager of sales and marketing for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. “Antoinette has demonstrated this with her devotion to those in her community.”

In addition to the luncheon, the event featured a classical singer and a dance troupe, all young women who performed for the honorees and their guests.

Worship for Life Community Outreach is a nonprofit Evangelical Christian organization focused on charity, education and providing a space for worship and spiritual development.
