Amanda Muhaw of Howell earned a Juris Doctor degree from Widener Law, Harrisburg, Pa.

Alexandra Murdocca, daughter of Ellen and Miles Murdocca of Jackson, graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University, Fairfax, Va., where she majored in government and international politics and minored in philosophy and law. Alexandra is a 2009 graduate of Jackson Liberty High School.

Allyson Szecsi, daughter of Lori and George Szecsi of Howell, has been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at the University of Delaware, Newark, Del., where she is majoring in speech pathology. Allyson is a 2009 graduate of Howell High School.

Nicole O. Jennings, daughter of Thomas and Kathleen Jennings of Howell, graduated summa cum laude from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, where she majored in psychology. She was also awarded membership into Alpha Sigma Lambda honor society. Nicole is a 2007 graduate of Howell High School.

Centenary College, Hackettstown, awarded degrees to the following Jackson residents: James Corey, a Bachelor of Arts; and Kristyn Joy Lehmann, a Bachelor of Science.

Matthew Portnoy of Lakewood was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at the University of Vermont, Burlington.

Kelsey Zimmer, daughter Rick and Joanne Zimmer of Howell, has been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at The College of New Jersey, Ewing, where she is enrolled in the school of nursing. Kelsey is a 2010 graduate of Howell High School.
